Our 7-day return policy allows you sufficient time to ensure that your purchase meets your expectations. If, for any reason, you wish to return a product, you may initiate a return request within seven (7) days from the date of delivery.
Upon approval of the return, Full refund will be issued to you without any deduction.
Exclusions to the 7-Day Return Policy
1. Products that have been engraved, personalized, or customized in any manner shall not be eligible for return under the 7-Day Return Policy.
2. Orders that have already been exchanged under the 7-Day Return Policy shall not be eligible for a second exchange under the same policy. A customer may avail one-time exchange within seven (7) days of delivery for the full value of the product. Any subsequent exchange request shall be governed by and processed in accordance with the applicable Lifetime Exchange Policy.
Conditions for 7-Day Return Policy
To be eligible for a return under the 7-Day Return Policy, the following conditions must be satisfied:
· The product must be returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition, without any scratches, damage, wear, or alterations.
· All original stickers, tags, labels, and accompanying materials must be intact and untampered.
· If the product tag and/or packaging has been tampered with, damaged, or is missing, the return shall not qualify under the 7-Day Return Policy and will instead be processed in accordance with the applicable Buyback Policy.
Refund Process under the 7-Day Return Policy
Upon receipt of a returned product under the 7-Day Return Policy, the product shall undergo quality check and verification process. Subject to successful completion of the quality check, the applicable refund shall be processed within ten (10) business days.
1. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund shall be credited to the customer’s designated bank account.
2. For prepaid orders, the refund shall be credited to the original mode of payment, including but not limited to Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.
Procedure for Returning a Product to Diamorivo within 7 Days
1. The returned product must be accompanied by the original product certificate and invoice. In the event of loss or non-submission of the certificate, additional charges of ₹2,000 or ₹800 per carat (whichever is higher) shall be levied.
2. A return request must be initiated within seven (7) days of delivery either through your account on the Diamorivo website or by sending an email to the designated customer support email address to schedule a reverse pickup.
3. The product must be securely packed in its original packaging, along with all accompanying documents, including but not limited to the product certificate, and handed over to the authorized logistics representative.
4. Upon successful submission of the return request, Diamorivo shall provide reverse pickup details along with necessary instructions for the return process.
5. Upon receipt of the product, Diamorivo shall conduct a quality inspection to assess any signs of damage, wear and tear, alteration, or unauthorized resizing. Products exhibiting such conditions shall not qualify under the 7-Day Return Policy. Subject to successful completion of the quality check, the refund shall be processed within ten (10) business days.
6. The customer is required to obtain and retain an acknowledgment of the pickup, which may include a physical receipt, a photograph of the tracking number, or an SMS confirmation.
7. In cases where the product was purchased under an EMI (Equated Monthly Installment) option, an amount equivalent to one percent (1%) of the total order value shall be deducted at the time of refund of the initial installment.
Return Methods
Products may be returned at any of Diamorivo’s authorized physical retail stores. In cases where the customer is unable to visit a store location, Diamorivo shall arrange for a reverse pickup service upon request, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
Changes to Policies
Diamorivo reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these policies at its sole discretion at any time. Customers are encouraged to review the policies periodically for any updates or changes. All revisions shall become effective immediately upon being published on Diamorivo’s official website. Any material changes to the policies will be accompanied by an appropriate notification indicating that the policies have been updated.
