The applicable price for a product shall generally be the price prevailing at the time of confirmation of the order or receipt of advance/payment, subject to the Company's applicable pricing policy.

In the case of customised or made-to-order Jewellery, the final price may vary from any preliminary estimate displayed or communicated at the time of enquiry or order placement due to variations in the actual weight of metal, diamond or gemstone specifications, manufacturing requirements, design modifications or other applicable charges.

Any difference between the estimated amount and the final applicable amount shall be payable by or refunded to the Customer, as applicable, at the time of final billing or settlement.

7. WEBSITE AND PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Product images displayed on the website are for representation purposes only. The actual size, colour, proportions, finish, appearance and other characteristics of a product may vary slightly due to photography techniques, lighting conditions, screen settings and device configurations.

The Company shall not be responsible for any transaction failure, rejection, delay or decline attributable to the Customer's bank, card issuer, payment service provider, payment gateway, transaction limits, insufficient funds, technical issues or other circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control.

Where a transaction is declined or cancelled by a payment service provider, the applicable refund, if any, shall be processed in accordance with the Company's refund policy and the applicable payment service provider's procedures.

11. CONFLICT OF TERMS

If there is any conflict or inconsistency between these Website Terms & Conditions and any product-specific terms, promotional terms, refund policy, privacy policy, warranty policy, membership terms or other specific terms applicable to a particular product or service, the specific terms applicable to that product or service shall prevail to the extent of such conflict.

Cancellation requests may be subject to applicable payment gateway charges, processing charges, manufacturing costs, making charges, customisation charges and other non-refundable amounts, as specifically communicated or provided under the applicable policy.

For customised, personalised, made-to-order or specially manufactured Jewellery, cancellation or return may be restricted and/or may result in forfeiture or deduction of applicable manufacturing, making, customisation or other charges, subject to applicable law and the Company's applicable policy.

Where an order contains multiple products, cancellation of an individual product may be permitted separately, subject to the Company's cancellation policy and the stage of processing or manufacturing of the relevant product.

Refunds for prepaid orders shall generally be processed to the original payment method or in such other manner as may be permitted by the Company and applicable law.

Refunds relating to Cash on Delivery orders, where applicable, may be processed to the Customer's verified bank account or through another method approved by the Company.

Any refund relating to gift cards, vouchers, credits or promotional balances shall be processed in accordance with the applicable terms governing such instrument.

14. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions and the use of the DIAMORIVO website, mobile application and related services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Subject to the dispute-resolution procedure specified by the Company, the courts having competent jurisdiction at Surat, Gujarat, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, the website, products or services.

Where a dispute arises, the Customer shall first approach DIAMORIVO and provide the Company a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter before initiating legal proceedings, except where such prior process is not permitted or required under applicable law.

15. PAN AND STATUTORY REQUIREMENTS

Customers shall provide such identification, tax, payment or other information as may be required by DIAMORIVO to comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations and governmental requirements.

Where PAN or any other identification document is required under applicable law for a particular transaction, the Customer shall provide the same as requested by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to decline, hold or cancel a transaction where the Customer fails to provide information or documentation required under applicable law or the Company's compliance procedures.

16. FREE GIFTS AND PROMOTIONAL BENEFITS

Where a free gift, promotional benefit or complimentary product is provided in connection with a purchase, such benefit may be treated as a promotional discount or benefit for the purposes of calculating refunds, cancellations or returns, as specified in the applicable offer terms.

In the event of partial cancellation or return of an order containing a promotional gift or benefit, the refund amount may be adjusted to account for the value or discount attributable to such free gift or promotional benefit.

The specific terms applicable to the relevant offer shall prevail.
